If you’re wondering how to screenshot on a Dell, you’re in the right place. Taking a screenshot on a Dell device is quick and simple once you know the method that works best for your needs.

Method 1: Use the Print Screen Key

Press the PrtScn (Print Screen) key. This captures the entire screen and copies it to your clipboard. You can then paste it into apps like Paint or Word.

Method 2: Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch

For more control, use Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch (Windows + Shift + S). These tools let you select the area you want to capture.

Method 3: Windows + Print Screen

Press Windows + PrtScn to automatically save a full-screen screenshot to your Pictures > Screenshots folder.

No matter your Dell model—Inspiron, XPS, Latitude, etc.—these methods work well.

Hope this helps someone trying to figure out how to screenshot on a Dell. Let me know if you have questions or other tips!
